I am glad to have found a practice with friendly reception staff and a GP I feel comfortable with. Highly recommend Dr Praveen, he listens and was very thorough. Thank you

Last time I had an appointment with this practice I was told to have chicken soup to aid with my flu symptoms. This was the only help and advice I was given. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Never thought going to a GP could be a fantastic experience, walked away feeling like everyone there did a great job and was happy to help. Reception, nurse and Dr all helped me out, squeezed me in at 4pm by communicating with eachother and just wanting to help. It made a huge difference for me to see a dr that afternoon and they genuinely cared. Thankyou

Very very disappointed in Dr Chikezie Anopueme, i called ahead at 3pm and asked if there was a wait as my daughter is young and can’t handle being still for long periods of time. I was assured he is on time. When I got there for my appointment at 3:50pm and I was told that someone else had gone in when they called my name however I got there 10 mins early, the nurse tried to tell him 4 times that I was there waiting as a random person went into my appointment, and then was told that the doctor is writting notes in my child’s documents because he didn’t know who was in our appointment. So we waited, he came out and got the next patient, I then talked to the lady behind me and she said her appointment had been missed and she was waiting there for over an hour, the doctor finally brought her in after many other patients went before her. My daughter and I waited 1.5 hours to be seen before I stood up and walked to the doctor myself, I said you missed my appointment I have been here since 3:50pm and he did not even apologise he just said oh well come in then. I am so unhappy with this, the nursing staff were amazing in the process but he will not be having myself or my family return to him again. Super unprofessional behaviour, he was all over the place and didn’t even know who he was calling into the rooms, most of the time he would say, who is next? Soooo unorganised. Complete waste of my time

Cannot speak more highly of Dr Rebecca Croke. However, the administrative staff has let me down. Had a referral sent over 12 months ago and heard nothing. Called every month to follow up (except when covid was bad as I new it wouldn't be considered during this time) and was told to wait and see. Hit the 12 month mark and was told I was misinformed and to call where the referral was received. Referral was never received and the specialist rooms should have let me know. Beyond this, after I was told it was resent a couple of months ago got told today by a different staff member that it wasn't resent. The lack of clear communication with patients is horrible.I am not one to write a google review but I was talked down from providing a complaint to the practice.

My family and I have been loyal to this practise for the last 35 years (since late Dr Teasdale) and I always loved it as a great modern clean practise with plenty of parking, caring doctors especially Dr Krishna and fantastic receptionists especially Mel who always goes above and beyond to assist. Her genuine compassion and charming smile adds a lot of joy to the experience! Keep it up Mel !

Apart from the change in appointment time which I was not aware of, I was seen promptly at the rescheduled time and looked after extremely well by my Doctor Delphine Hunter

Erin at reception made everything really easy for us and explained everything. The Dr I seen was fantastic great bead side manner,listened and talked us through our concerns and was just wonderful. We have made this our new drs practice. Thank you Erin for making me feel so comfortable

Dr Arvind Yelal is the best Dr i have ever seen he is incredible with myself and my young boys! He actually takes everything seriously, Dr Yelal has made dealing with health issues easy by the confidence i have in Dr Yelal. He is so conservative and listens to your complaints and acts swiftly! Great with kids!Also- Heather the new receptionist is amazing!!!!! The phone manner Heather has is absolutely remarkable i felt like i was talking to my own mum. Then walking into the practice, she was amazing i felt so welcomed and at home. Stick around Heather! We love you! You’re doing a great job!!

waited 3 hours even though I had an appointment after following up with reception 2 hours into the wait the receptionist had made a phone call to the doctor I was seeing and found out she was not at work yet and was running late I was told to wait another hourwouldn’t recommend coming here at all it’s not the first time I’ve had to wait. coming here and seeing other patients looking fed up saying they have had the same experiences waiting hours and hours even with appointments, I hope something changes.
