Dr Arvind Yelal is the best Dr i have ever seen he is incredible with myself and my young boys! He actually takes everything seriously, Dr Yelal has made dealing with health issues easy by the confidence i have in Dr Yelal. He is so conservative and listens to your complaints and acts swiftly! Great with kids!Also- Heather the new receptionist is amazing!!!!! The phone manner Heather has is absolutely remarkable i felt like i was talking to my own mum. Then walking into the practice, she was amazing i felt so welcomed and at home. Stick around Heather! We love you! You’re doing a great job!!

Dr Arvind Yelal is one of the best doctors I have seen in a very long time! After years of back pain he was the first doctor to take me seriously and send me to a physio. So great with our 15 month old. 100% recommend him and this practice if you are looking for a new family doctor.

I honestly don't mind travelling from Perth to visit Dr Savitha Yelal and Dr Arvind Yelal. Whenever I've needed advice on issues with contradicting medical opinions, I've advised family and friends to visit them. None of them were ever disappointed. They always felt their complaints were heard and got great follow up advice. The doctors here also offer telehealth consults for follow up. I wish I lived in Port Kennedy so I can run to their practice anytime with my medical concerns. Thank you for taking great care whenever we came knocking at your door.

What an experience. First time with this practice was easy and smooth sailing. The second visit today was a joke. Never have I been spoken to by a receptionist with such malice and discrimination. The South African receptionist was not one bit professional and I hope my complaint higher up is taken seriously and she is treated accordingly. I have a child with a chronic illness not covid. Since when did covid times mean discrimination and refusal of treatment to our chronically ill children and disgraceful treatment of their parents, trying to against the odds they face currently, have their children treated. We will not be returning to this practice despite the dr’s being great here.

Don't waste your time at this practice, they cant even be bothered to help a young child who cut his hand quite badly, rude receptionist said they were far too busy, there was one... 1 person only in the waiting room. On another occassion the doctor didnt even know the correct location in the body of the gallbladder... are you serious?

Never againWent in as it is local and could not get into my regular doctor. Had a couple of ailments but a sore calf was my main concern. Told it was a muscle strain and get some voltaren gel for it! Went to my own doctor the next day and told to go to a radiographer. Turns out to be 3 blood clots in the calf muscle!!!! Not a good diagnosis from the doctor at this practice considering the complications with DVT.....Never returning here again

The level of compassion the doctors and nurses have in this clinic is like no other. The professionalism, duty of care and deep personal care is above and beyond. In my experiences with attending this clinic for either myself, my toddler or partner have always left feeling confident and supported in our treatment and outcome.

I cannot recommend Dr Arvind Yelal enough, he is absolutely amazing with myself, my daughter and my husband. We have been there numerous times, he always makes time for us, takes us seriously, and comes up with a treatment plan. It's such a relief knowing his practice is just around the corner.

Disgusting. From the moment I walked in with no welcome from the receptionist, I had a bad feeling. Having issues with my back, previous bulging discs, I came in with severe back pain. He flat out REFUSED to give me any pain medication telling me codeine is just a way of doping me out of my head on morphine and it wouldn't do anything to help me. Even when I asked him 3 times to give me something because I was in pain he still refused telling me I didn't need it. I literally left crying.
